• Check-in time : 1200 hours / check-out time is 1100 hours. Rooms requiring check-in prior to 1200 hours will require pre-registration to guarantee check-in. Additional charges may apply for early arrival requests. Late departures up to 1300 hours are available, subject to availability, additional charges apply. Day use charges may apply after 1300 hours till 1700 hours. Beyond 1700 hours the full day rate will be applicable.
• Extension of stay is subject to availability of rooms.
• Breakfast is served in Restaurant between 08:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
• Children 0 – 5 years of age sharing the same room as their parents and using existing bedding are free of charge. Extra bed mattress are available on request (costs will apply).
• Rates are subject to change without notice due to any changes in/or imposition of government charges, taxes or levies. Rates are confidential and applicable only to the company enlisted in special rate list.
• In case of Bill to Company, payment towards the invoice should be cleared by the company within seven (07) days from the date of invoicing, failing which company will be liable to pay a compound monthly interest of 10% of the pending amount in addition to the outstanding amount.
• Payments can be made by DD (Demand Draft) in favour of VTC Estates or the amount can be deposited in HDFC Bank,Account No.: 13142000001158,IMPS, RTGS / IFSC Code: HDFC0001314.
• Reservation & Cancellation Policy: To guarantee the reservation & enable us to hold rooms on confirmed basis, please provide us your bank deposit cash transaction/ credit card number and expiry date along with your authorization to charge the given credit card. Any cancellation received within 48 hours prior to arrival, will be subject to one night room retention.
